Employee Registration

Mentor's Applicant Registration process is automated to streamline access and identification of Candidates. A unique feature of the system is the selection of box 1 'Primary Discipline Skill' and box 2 'Secondary Discipline Skill' details.

The purpose is for the Applicant to select their most appropriately aligned (e.g. current) job function and Oil & Gas sector bias i.e. offshore or onshore. An example is provided as follows:

An Electrical Engineer with primarily offshore design experience would choose:
Electrical Engineer Offshore Design

If secondary experience has been gained with onshore projects the Applicant would also choose:
Electrical Engineer Onshore Design

Note: 'Offshore' and 'Onshore' relates to the project area you are experienced in and not the physical location.
