Insurance
Mentor is experienced in undertaking Project Resource Delivery Contracts on behalf of its Clients on an international basis and is able to offer robust levels of Insurance coverage for both onshore and offshore environments in accordance with Oil industry standards. Employers Liability, Workers Compensation and General Liability coverage as applicable is provided. (Specimen Certification is available to our Clients upon request).
Performance Monitoring
Mentor understands the importance to our Clients in ensuring that a positive service relationship operates. Mentor is experienced in developing Performance Monitoring & Key Performance Indicator (KPI) deliverable programmes to ensure the continuous flow of critical information with the Client is maintained at all times.
Employment Risk
Employment risk to the Client is addressed as no direct employment relationship exists between Mentor Personnel and the Client other than in circumstances where a permanent (direct) recruitment assignment is undertaken on behalf of our Client.
Employment Relationships
Mentor recognises the importance of establishing clear employment relationships with each individual intended for assignment to our Client. Considerable research is undertaken with our professional Advisors and in-house operation team members to ensure that a sound employment mechanism is in place for each individual. Our experience in this area is extensive.
Legislative Compliance
Mentor recognises the importance of compliance with governmental regulations and ensures that all Personnel assigned to our Clients are fully in compliance with immigration, tax and associated issues.
Support & Local Market Conditions
Mentor provides high levels of support and is aware of regional & local market conditions for all assigned persons and accompanying family members encompassing, visas, local tax regimes, remuneration benchmarking, benefits, education, living conditions and transportation. We believe that the sharing of useful information with Clients and assigned personnel helps to achieve the smooth transition pre and post mobilisation.
